Unworn, unused items in original condition qualify for a full refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery. Items must include all original packaging and tags, with proof of purchase required.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

- Sale or clearance items
- Custom or personalized pieces
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we'll provide a free replacement or full refund within 14 days of delivery. We cover return shipping for our errors.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns. We recommend using a tracked shipping service. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.
