What is your return policy?

You have 30 days from delivery to return or exchange any item. Jewelry must be:

• Unworn and in original condition
• In original packaging with tags attached
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

How do I start a return or exchange?

Step 1: Contact us via WhatsApp (+27 70 679 9253) or email with your order number
Step 2: We'll provide return instructions and a return address
Step 3: Ship the item back using a trackable courier
Step 4: Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days

Who pays for return shipping?

Change of mind: Customer covers return shipping costs
Faulty or incorrect item: We cover all return shipping costs

💰 Refunds

How long do refunds take?

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Bank processing may take an additional 3-5 business days.

Can I exchange for a different item?

Absolutely! If you'd like to exchange for a different style, size, or color, let us know when you initiate your return and we'll arrange the exchange.

🛡️ Warranty & Defects

What if my jewelry is faulty or damaged?

All Metalyx jewelry comes with a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. If your piece tarnishes, breaks, or shows defects under normal wear, we'll repair or replace it free of charge.

Does not cover: Damage from misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear (e.g., scratches from daily use).

How do I claim under warranty?

Contact us with photos of the issue and your order number. We'll assess and arrange a replacement or repair.

What if my jewelry doesn't fit?
