Welcome to Metalyx. By accessing our website (metalyx.co.za) and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
1. General Conditions
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that your content (excluding credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve transmissions over various networks.
2. Products and Pricing
Prices for our products (including Metalyx jewellery and Ulad Co homeware) are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products. However, due to the handcrafted nature of the Ulad Co ceramics and resin sculptures, slight variations may occur.
3. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.
4. Local Collection
Orders selected for collection at Mooikloof, Pretoria East must be collected within 14 days of the "Ready for Collection" notification. Uncollected orders may be cancelled and refunded minus an admin fee.
