We want you to love your Metalyx purchase. Whether it's an everyday jewellery staple or a statement sculpture from the Ulad Co collection, if you are not entirely satisfied, we offer a straightforward 30-day return policy.
Return Conditions
- Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Jewellery must be unworn, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
- Ulad Co homeware items (sculptures, vases, wall art) must be unused, undamaged, and securely repacked in their original protective packaging to prevent transit damage.
- For hygiene reasons, pierced earrings cannot be returned unless faulty.
How to Log a Return
1. Send a WhatsApp to +27 70 679 9253 or email info@metalyx.co.za with your order number and reason for return.
2. Our team will provide you with the return shipping address (Pretoria East).
3. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable courier service like The Courier Guy, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed automatically to your original method of payment within 3–5 business days.
